By downloading, accessing, or using Swagged (“the App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). • Users may swipe right to “swag” or left to “pass” on photos. These interactions contribute to the user’s “swag rating,” represented by a percentage and star rating.
• Users are expected to use the App respectfully. Any inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content or behavior may result in termination of access to the App.

4. Direct Messaging and Interactions

The App includes a direct messaging feature to facilitate communication between users. Swagged is not responsible for interactions between users, including but not limited to messages, photos, or any other content exchanged privately or publicly.

• Swagged cannot guarantee the authenticity of user identities or intentions. Please be mindful and cautious in your interactions, especially when sharing personal information.

5. Content Ownership and License

• By uploading content to Swagged, you retain ownership of your content but grant Swagged a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
• Swagged is not responsible for unauthorized sharing, copying, or misuse of your content by other users.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Swagged provides a platform for social interaction but is not liable for any misconduct, unlawful actions, or negative outcomes resulting from user interactions.
• Swagged is not responsible for any offensive or harmful interactions, and users are encouraged to report such behavior.
